Over 9 years of professional experience in the IT business as a service Now Developer and Administrator. I have gained in depth knowledge across various facts of IT service Delivery including ITOM,ITBM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB, Assets Management. My expertise lies in configuring applications within the service Now platform with a keen focus on ITIL Management principles. I have worked on agile scrum, waterfall, V-model methodologies has enabled me to navigate through different phases in SDLC.
