Project Synopsis: Working Capital refers to the cash a business requires for day-to-day, or, more specifically, for financing the conversion of raw material into finished goods, which the company sells for payment. Funds are also needed for short-term purposes for the purpose of raw materials, payment of wages and other day-to-day expenses, etc. These funds are known as working capital. Calculation of different ratio i.e. Liquidity Ratio and Activity Ratio has been done. Although it is very difficult to calculate such simple ratios in Oil & Gas Industry.
