• Appraising business loan proposals by charting out viable credit limits, scrutinizing relevant documents, ensuring compliance with bank’s credit policies and liasoning with the Risk group.• Analysing industry trends and maintaining a risk-diversified loan portfolio for the region, to curb the (Non Performing Assets) NPA levels within the acceptable limits. • Leading a team of 20 credit executives for handling the various credit functions of the region “Rest of Maharashtra & Goa”.• Efficiently handled the unsecured working capital portfolio of over Rs 150 crores and over 1500 SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) accounts of “Rest Of Maharashtra & Goa”.• Worked as a project leader for pilot implementation of “Six Sigma” project on standardizing and streamlining the entire credit processes and ensuring rejection percentage within the target limits.
