- To formulate HR strategies and agenda - To make Annual Budget - To make Annual budgets ensuring efficient and cost-effective keeping economic changes - To design Training plan for each level keeping view of the skill required to make performance driven organization –To frame IR strategy for long term management/ Union relations - To do effective workforce planning to ensure right-sizing , skill available across the BU. - To formulate IDP for all indirect employees. - To Create a plan for talent acquisition, OD, PMS, Capability Building and retention management within BU . retention management within the BU and to lead implementation of the same at the Plant levels
