Current- Work with global pharma clients in defining omnichannel campaign strategies, ensuring optimal customer experiences by leveraging the right content and channels at the right time
- Develop and execute omnichannel strategies, including performing gap analysis, roadmap creation, campaign design, marketing automation setup, campaign operations, analytics and insights reporting
- Execute large-scale marketing campaigns across channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring high-quality customer engagement and personalization
- Own project implementation by gathering business requirements from client leadership, translating them into actionable solutions, and ensuring timely and high-quality implementation and delivery while managing various.
