• Leading S&OP meeting for Beverages category - Nescafe, Sunrise, Milo, Nestea Iced Tea, Premixes. • Demand Forecast using SAP APO statistical forecast models, compare with bottoms-up demand plan, evaluate Supply Vs Demand, derive the consensus from the product, marketing, sales, Finance and release achievable and profitable S&OP plan.• Ensuring Supply by coordinating with factories and push all stakeholders to achieve the demand plan.• Review of Demand Plan Vs actual sales and log the reasons of Bias & Mean Absolute Percent Error.• Reduction of slow moving inventory and led sku Rationalisation Project.

• Demand planning of all product categories, compare SAP APO statistical forecast with bottoms-up forecast and reach at consensus with sales, channel and category teams.• Ensuring DC level Supply to achieve Demand Plan Accuracy alongwith maintaining inventory norms. • Generate Baseline and Plan Event Uplift after taking inputs from Product, Marketing, Category & Channel teams.• Fix SAP APO forecasting techniques to each sku on the basis of seasonality, maturity stage in its product life cycle, market potential and the long-term marketing strategies.
