Responsible for Linux Administration, Monitoring servers and services using Grafana, Troubleshooting in case of any issues. Interpret logs to identify what might be causing the service degradation. SELinux and VMWare admin skills. Backup Administration, Manage IP Tables, Automatic Task Using Bash shell scripting and python Scripting, log all incidents in a service desk tool proposed by the client. Escalating to the next level in case issues cannot be resolved and keep the client updated. handling multi user outages as they arise, communicating with client pro-actively about incidents and status updates.
