As a Systems engineer working at (Infosys, India) for client Tiffany & Co. I have been working on supply chain-related solutions, Functional and Technical Analysis for optimization of supply chain management, Production changes and data fixes, client support and ERP implementation. I have also gained knowledge of data analysis, SQL,MS Excel and have implemented these skills for clients at production and non-production levels. Adept at collaborating with customers, team members, and project leaders to accomplish client needs.Few of my key responsibilities in this job are as follows~~ Implementing ERP techniques in JDE 9.1 version to resolve client issues by providing detailed analysis and solution using customized and standard JDE tools and applications. ~~ Technical analysis by capturing logs and data analysis of the operations executed by clients at various stages of shipment processing, diamond polishing, vendor processes, etc. SQL techniques are used to make production changes and data fixes as per the client's requirements.~~ Responsible for Functional analysis by understanding and analyzing supply chain process and shipment tracking at various stages of supply chain process.~~ Keeping track of client incidents using the service now platform to improve operational efficiencies by streamlining and automating routine work tasks
