Recruitment: IT and Non ITResponsibilities:-Coordinating with the clients on a regular basis via daily, weekly and monthly meetings-Thorough understanding of the requirement-Sourcing candidates from different job portals. e.g. Monster, Career Builder, Dice-Sourcing candidates from linked in and google (Passive Search)-Mass mailing and job posting on different job boards-Shortlisting the candidates and screening them as per the client's requirement -Update and maintain daily tracker-Follow up with the candidates after submitting them to the account manager-Managing daily, weekly and monthly reports-Working knowledge of Application Tracking System (Bullhorn, Jobdiva)
