AVENTRA Project - CL720 East Anglia (From Sept’17 to June’18) – 4 months at BT Derby site and then continued from BT Hyderabad Site.* Responsible for System Engineer - Coupler and Gangway Systems.* Worked through Preliminary and Detailed Design stages* Responsible for design and development of coupler and gangway system solution and its interfaces with vehicle.* Performed requirement management, contractual documents deliverables, Validation and Verification plan, supplier type test report reviews, system related vehicle test specifications, end customer design reviews and change management activities.

QNGR Project (From Sept’14 to Aug’16) – 6 months at BT Brisbane site (Design Centre) and then continued from BT Savli Site.-> Design Phase:* Worked as a cab and saloon integration team member for QNGR (Queensland New Generation Rolling stock) EMU Project, involved in Concept design of Cab interior & exterior trims and Cabinets.* Responsible for Concept Design of Centre Ceiling, HVAC ducts, Electric ducts, A & B pillar trims.* Contributed in preliminary design of Electrical Cabinets, Cab mask, Driver Desk trims, Coupler Cover.-> Production Phase:* Actively involved in manufacturing support for the QNGR train production activity at manufacturing plant in Savli, Vadodara. * Provided the alternate design solutions to resolve the issue for quick remedies to avoiddelays as well as for MEP (Margin Enhancement Program) of the project.* As a part of design change management team, ensuring the implementation of design change to improve takt-time as well as resolving production related issues.Delhi Metro Project (From Feb’12 to Aug’14):* Worked on design and documentation of Carbody Fittings, generation of 3D models, preparation of drawings, BoMs etc. as per Bombardier standards.* Worked closely with counterpart in Europe for installation and integration of various engineering systems like Gangway, Coupler, Windows & Wiper system and Driver Simulator system and its relateddeliverables in bid phase.* Team member of Engineering change implementation board responsible for updating design and documents to resolve the design issues in existing Delhi Metro carbody through CATIA, 3D COM (VPM) and PDM tools.* Resolved Customer open items and Engineering issues during production of Delhi Metro (RS5 & RS7)Cars.* Actively involved in coordination with overseas colleagues and supporting them to successfully accomplish various activities (like Weight management, crash concept, preparing EBoM etc.) for Delhi metro projects within timeline on requirement basis.
