Key Roles and Activities:• Led and executed the complete end-to-end Advanced Process Control (APC) project for the HESS Malaysia upstream condensate stabilizer section. This included tasks such as controller design, process data analysis, PID tuning, APC server setup, APC-DeltaV DCS integration, step testing, calibration, inferential development, and controller commissioning, along with providing training for the client.• Developed and presented two innovative ideas, successfully filed patents for both.• Developed an EMIS (Energy Management Information System) customer demo for LNG process using Aspen HYSYS, deployed through Aspen Online and integrated with IP21, to create an energy monitoring dashboard for the LNG process.• Provided comprehensive support for APC proposals, contributing to project development and implementation.
