Design Development and automated testing of the Apple Store App

I was working on Turbo Encoders which uses surveillance data for military aircraft on VHDL platform using XILINX. Also working Storage system sensing.Hands on Experience in Matlab, Simulink softwares for the projects in Control Systems.

Assisting students with their subject queries and guiding them through.

• Designing a Native iOS application using Swift.• Worked extensively with Swift, NSUserDefaults, PList and Auto Layout.• Followed the MVC design pattern during the development phase.• Performed the UI for the application to support both the portrait and landscapemodes.• Created Search Bar using UISearch, Scroll View, Collection Views, Table Views,Spinners.• Used CoreLocation to determine the Location.• Developed Navigations between views using UINavigation Controller.• Created tab bar items using UITabBar Controller where tab bar contain items like Home, Discover, Studio and Karma where user can easily redirects to respective pages.• Obtained data from Web Services using JSON library.Used NSURLSession to create a group of related network data transfer tasks.• Created SignUp and Login Page using HTTP POST methods and performedAuthentication.• Implemented Facebook Integration for User Login.• Created buttons where the user can give a Hi five!(like) and/or comment on otheruser’s picture.• Implemented ImagePicker to fetch photos from Gallery.• Implemented Table View to view other users and enabled follow/unfollow users.• Worked on auto layout making the application to work on various apple devices.• Integrated the third party libraries using Cocoa Pods to implement variousfeatures.• JSON based parsing response used for AFNetworking.• Implemented GCD for the better memory management of the application.• Worked on push notifications to alert the user with new offers or other informationupdates.Performed Unit Test using XCTest framework within Xcode.• Implemented the concept of multi-threading for better performance and memorymanagement.• Strong understanding of object-oriented software, design patterns, andfundamentals of software design.Identified and fixed application bugs.• Reported progress/challenges to project lead.

-Developed a TURBO ENCODER AND VITERBI DECODER WITH 8 Bit Error Coding Capacity and is used in a UAV.• Implemented Near Shannon’s Limit Error Correction Coding and Decoding: Turbo Encoder and Decoder on Spartan 6 FPGA • Implemented Turbo Encoder and Decoder using VHDL on a Spartan 6 FPGA and the software used for the project was Xilinx v14.4.• Turbo Encoder and Decoder was also simulated using MATLAB to obtain BER curves in order to compare performance based on number of iterations.-This was done under the guidance of SAJEESH (Scientist 'E') with two other students.
