As a Strategy Consultant, I'm responsible for leading and executing project engagements, overlooking day to day working of the project, client interaction, quality of the output and adhering to the timelines committed to the client. I have directly led projects that are worth EUR 100+ mn and have managed client engagements across France, India and Singapore.Key projects include:- Developed an India market entry strategy for world's biggest player (~47% market share) in Employee Benefits & Rewards solutions ( EUR 2.5+bn group, French CAC 40 listed) with a EUR ~40mn revenue potential in India in next 5-7 years - Part of the on-ground India team for France's leading management consulting firm (revenues EUR~100mn) for a sell-side investment thesis developement of a PE backed EUR ~110 mn Indian speciality chemicals company
