Pranav currently manages projects with various Indian state department focusing on two areas - 1) Implementing solutions to enhance Government's internal efficiency and 2) solutions that can ease the interaction of citizens and business with the Government. He is currently engaged with sectors like Health, Urban, Tribal & Labour and leads a team of 60 Management Consultants.

In this tenure Pranav’s key projects were linking state departments by the methods of data standardisation to furnish cross- govt departmental reports, setting up PMU for a mission mode program - PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) in Maharashtra, and advising on implementing Hospital Management Information system.

Pranav led a team of three to establish a business model and supply chain for a retail client. The client was involved in implementing a brick and mortar store till the last mile of the country. The target was to set up 45000 franchisee centres in the country. In this tenure, Pranav also worked as an ICT specialist with Smart Cities like Nagpur, Varanasi & Jalandhar.

Pranav was engaged in the role of Senior Consultant with Maharashtra Tourism Development Authority. His mandate was to implement a single-window system that aimed to transform the entrepreneur’s experience in availing services from the various Government Departments and agencies. This would enable a conducive environment for the promotion of investment in the hospitality sector in the city/state, encouraging them to open new facilities to meet high demand not just at premium price points but also at medium price points where the demand is much higher.

For the 2011-15, Pranav was engaged with the Mission Mode Program- UIDAI (Aadhaar). He was a part of the state project management team. In this tenure - Pranav's key responsibility was to scale up the enrollment of Aadhaar. In three years Maharashtra saw enrollment growth from 26% to 87%. The project was under the leadership of Shree Rajesh Aggarwal (Then-Secretary with Government of Maharashtra)Pranav was also engaged with authorities like MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority), tourism department.From 2010 -11 Pranav worked as a front end Java developer (Chordiant framework) with the leading retail UK Bank. He also worked as a Business Analyst in this tenure.
