Was the Coordinator for Services and Logistics at Mood Indigo 2019, which is currently Asia's Largest Cultural Festival with a footfall of ~2Lakh. I personally was responsible for ground-level execution from Concert Stage Design, Development and Operations(during the event) and also oversaw the Security, Logistics & People Management. Under Services :- Was responsible for the Smooth Functioning of the Concert including managing the Key Guests and Performers. - Was also responsible for the entire backstage handling and organizing at the ground level execution.Under Logistics :- Ensured smooth transition between events- Ensured proper and timely checks of all the necessary pieces of equipment and smooth functioning and coordination between all the stakeholders. Under People Management- Handled the laborers of Mood Indigo to complete the various tasks including construction, electrical, - Ensured backstage Security- Handled Technicians and Other Support Staffs for the smooth conduct of the event.

Techfest is Asia's Largest Technical Symposium attracting the brightest Lectures and Technical Events. The event focussed on the current technological trends is the marquee event amongst the tech society. I as a Marketing Coordinator was responsible for handling and organizing Marketing Events for Pre Techfest Marketing Campaign 2020. I was also part of scouting and reaching out to potential partners for the events and engaged in making proposals and negotiating with the stakeholders. During the event, I was responsible for handling and engaging with various Sponsor Delegates ensuring their comfort and ensuring a Professional and Privileged experience for them.
