Managed multiple charters for the sellers in emerging markets

Managing Service Provider Network (SPN) program aims at augmenting seller capabilities to do business on Amazon through a network of 3rd party (3P) service providers (SPs). These SPs help sellers launch, manage and grow their business on Amazon by providing services like Imaging, Cataloging, Domestic Shipping to FC, Account Management, Accounting, Advertising Optimisation, Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Cataloguing), Seller Reinstatement and more. These services can broadly be categorized as Launch My Business (LMB), Manage My Business (MMB) and Grow My Business (GMB).Managing Brand Direct, It is a program that provides Brands with a suite of services and self-service tools to protect them from infringements, help them understand consumers better, tailor their offerings according to customer demands, communicate their core value proposition and brand promise, showcase their full selection, offer the best possible prices to their consumers and also effectively plan their inventory all through the single interface of their Amazon Brand Central Account.

Managing the team of 5 people. End to end design, development and maintenance of service provider network for sellers. Team owns the mobile and desktop website.

Worked with the Compliance Platform which take cares KYC, identity screening. Project was based out for NA and EU

I worked as an individual contributor for website payments.amazon.com, responsible for the amazon payments customer on boarding and managing their amazon balance. I worked with across geographies with the engineers and product teams to deliver the high quality product.

Worked in two teams online payments and mobile website team. I was responsible for multiple initiatives in the team. I was one of the first members of the mobile team.
