Played a huge role in getting Business Index (Bonus) of 1.8x & 3x for Pune in 2 consecutive years & driving it to be the Best Region in GPL. Further, was entrusted to set up an altogether new vertical of Asset Management for managing pan India GPL portfolio of active Projects (35+ projects). Evaluated true health of key projects from multiple perspectives, created framework for early identification of risks, managed Stressed Assets & ensured that GPL remains on track for achieving its 10-20 ROCE journey.
