Successfully Drove Regional Priorities, Annual Planning, Cashflow Management, S&M strategy & ensuring adherence to Financial Objectives. Further my role elevated to Heading P&L and On-ground Execution for 6mn+ sqft of development in Pune- with a unique portfolio of an Under Construction Project and a Pre-Launch Project. Successfully steered them to manage all aspects of the Project - S&M, Operations, Design, Customer Centricity, Approvals & Legal; such that one project became Biggest Launch of the Year & other went on to receive Fastest Occupation Certificate ever for GPL, in span of 24 months. Played a huge role in getting Business Index (Bonus) of 1.8x & 3x for Pune in 2 consecutive years & driving it to be the Best Region in GPL. Further, was entrusted to set up an altogether new vertical of Asset Management for managing pan India GPL portfolio of active Projects (35+ projects). Evaluated true health of key projects from multiple perspectives, created framework for early identification of risks, managed Stressed Assets & ensured that GPL remains on track for achieving its 10-20 ROCE journey. Delivered project specific solutions amidst unique & varied issues across the Portfolio spectrum, with Recommendation Acceptance rate of 90%+
