• Developed an automatic in-process gauging mechanism for grinding machines using Solid Edge, achieving tolerance accuracy of 0.025 mm in crankshaft journal diameters. This significantly reduced dependency on manual skills, and cut rejection rates to under 2%.• Designed, using Solid Edge, a gearbox drive system for an all-electric gun system. Proposed reduction in manufactured components by 50%, by using standard gearbox with two outputs which minimized manual fatigue due to low input torque requirements.• Conceptualized spindle bearings arrangement for Heller crankshaft Pin milling machine. Used standard bearing, a catalogue product, instead of special bearing which resulted in procurement cost reduction by INR 3 million and reduced project time by 12 months.• Designed and drafted a ball-screw feed drive mechanism for GFM Crankshaft Pin miller using Solid Edge, achieving 10 m/min positioning velocity and 0.02 mm accuracy of slide. This work optimized performance through precise motor drive parameter calculations, demonstrating detailed proficiency in mechanical design and CAD modeling• Generated bill of materials and produced detailed manufacturing drawings with GD&T specifications based on assembly layouts, supported by technical data-sheets and specifications• Executed a project to implement a VFD controlled coolant pump system, achieving a 10% reduction in motor power consumption• Implemented Industry 4.0 solutions using PTC ThingWorx for real-time data analysis, improving machine production monitoring and health.
