• Integrated Jira Service Desk with existing corporate ITSM tool using APIs. Designed and coded a ‘bot’ to be the user-friendly and flexible interface between these two ITSM tools. Enabled the DevOps teams to utilize the power of Jira SD while still interacting with the corporate ITSM tool.• Developed a new application to calculate customer impact caused by any outages using Splunk and AppDynamics Rest APIs. • Setup integration layer between JIRA SD and Slack. • Created multiple analysis report using Cognos and Qlikview data • Participated in DevOps Enterprise Summit 2019 in London as HSBC representative. • Created integration utility for CA Global Service Desk and Slack for faster work assignment and communication on Incidents.• Created multiple real time based Graphs in Grafana for Operations team to keep track of incidents and reduce the overall TAT and improve compliance of SLA.• Set up a process for handling of Non-compliance change request and reduce the overall compliance to nearly Zero. • Implemented health check portal for Operation team to perform health check of various service during crisis time, and also for platform engineers by triggering health check using Jenkin pipelines while deployment.• Onboarding new service to DevOps operational model and helping them to setup their service more resilient and operable and with compliance to HSBC standard. • Implemented solution which will detect if any Incident or outage caused by new change order.• Automation of Health checks for live service while deploying new change by Jenkin pipeline.• Created utility for initial impact analysis and level 1 investigation, which helps team in reducing TAT of major incidents • Implemented prediction and Investigation of alerts on various services using Machine learning model • Created full stack utility for monitoring of Shared hosting platform’s utilization
