Discussing on each Point before starting the Project and Planning for execution of projects easily with quality. • Route cause Analysis - Route Cause Analysis of defective materials & Assured the quality of materials for every project.• Technical Documentation – All technical documentation to get the project and Project completion formalities.• Vender Management - Managing Venders as per their work eligibility and selection of Venders.• Total Quality Management - Total Quality Management as per Japanese standard and educate the Venders & CO-Engineers for Japanese Standard quality. • Material Management - Managing all Project materials & selecting the good and cheapest supplier & Venders for company profit % improvement. • Drawing & Design – Design the lighting equipment’s as per client requirement & Making the drawing by Auto-CAD. Reading the drawings and educate the venders and our Engineers to work as per working drawing.
