Current* Documentation Development: Successfully developed the Business Requirements Document (BRD) despite being new to the application.* Testing Facilitation: Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and the production cutover/project go-live phases.* Communication & Reporting: Producing comprehensive reporting documents and leading weekly meetings with developers and business units to address technical issues and meet deadlines.* User Engagement: Actively communicating system statuses, changes, issues, enhancements, and their potential impacts to users.* Status Updates: Participating in weekly calls for status updates, identifying open items, and addressing impediments to task completion.* Requirements Gathering: Organizing sessions with the Finance Team, PSL Team, Trade(Global Trade Services) Reporting Team, and vendors to gather business requirements.* Management Reporting: Developed a status tracker to effectively communicate the progress of reports to senior management.
