Constantly looking out for business opportunities to found something new.I take a human-centered approach to entrepreneurship, which simply means I shape ideas purely out of talking to relevant stakeholders, instead of coming up with an idea first and falling in love with it. It helps me fall in love with the problem, instead of the solution.I am also studying an Entrepreneurship degree at USC, which has fundamentally changed the way I approach starting-up. It's not an MBA, it's a degree specifically for people who are starting-up. I cannot emphasize enough how valuable this program has been to me. Some mistakes I have made in the past while founding:- Fall in love with an idea, flesh out the details and features, and build something nobody wants.- Make a team with high homophily, instead of thinking objectively what roles the company actually needs.- Not firing fast enough. Should have hired slow and fired fast.
