For this, I work with the top minds in the industry to provide a solution that would deliver a diverse and digital-forward new global employer brand.⚡I would like to think my work here has the power to change lives, including my own.⚡What do I do?• Lead the development and implementation of the employer branding and communication within the People Function, providing support to global stakeholders and leaders in their effort to attract top talent and any other branding or employee engagement requirements• Plan, execute and assist in programs, campaigns, and social media to boost candidates’ pipeline• Collaborate with external partners such as marketing agencies and vendors to enhance the effectiveness of employer branding activities• Hands-on design, build and execute a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, etc.) to bring our employer brand to life• Writes creative, persuasive copy for various internal and external platforms• Managing internal coms like Internal Job Postings, Referrals and Newsletters, through beautifully designed emailers and leveraging them for internal promotions• Plan and execute supporting activities like Though Leadership Development, Public Speaking, Brand Evangelism, etc• Stay up to date with trends• Process internal documents related to employer branding & support the creation of content for branding.
