Provide end to end support in getting all the technical requirements. Solution Design - Based on the requirements I assist clients in formulating a solution design. This includes possible integrations with different systems like SAP, ADP, Azure AD, Google Cloud, Service Now used by the client with Leena AI platform. Also, provide extensive assistance in leveraging the features provided by Leena AI to solve a problem statement in hand.Technical Support - Assist clients and Leena team in identifying the technical details required by a project. This includes searching for relevant REST APIs, validating and testing the APIs to see if they fulfill a particular use case, getting required authentication setup done, assisting clients with how-to details on APIs and integrations involved.Project Management - Provide clear timelines on different modules to be delivered as a part of solution to Project Manager. End to end support during UAT, this includes writing UAT test cases and triaging UAT issues raised by clients. Liaise with different stakeholders both internal- Engineering team, product team, and external- C-Suite executives, Client IT team, Third Party Executives for any third party integration. Show less
