Succeeded in reducing the daily fuel oil consumption by 10% within four months of implementation-Ensured sustained future business for the ship in the European Union region by collaborating with the E.U. port representatives, charter client(B.P.) and ship’s management, ensuring an increase in charter rate for the ship-Conceptualized and implemented operational process for conversion of ship’s fuel system tocomply with E.U. norms -Coordinated with the client representatives, company’s top management and ship’s staff to carry out conversion of ship’s storage grade from Heavy Oil to Jet Oil, ensuring ship’s entry into the highly lucrative petro-products market

- Led a 22 people team from diffrent nationalities to manage and operate global operations.- Implemented plans to improve the power generation plant performance, increasing the plant efficiency by 10% thus saving US$ 40,000/year- Conducted a consultancy project on energy management and optimization; projected reduction in operating costs by $6M/year for the whole fleet• Developed a budgeting and analysis project on monthly, quarterly and yearly expenditures and implemented strategies that minimized yearly variance by 7%• Safety supervisor and in-charge of the ship; Led job hazard analysis and risk management exercises for shipboard operations
