Initiating of US Work Permit H1- B CAP, Extensions, Transfers & Amendments.• Reviewing and filing LCA's as per the DOL Regulations and sending public access files to the respective consultants and collecting the signed documents.• Finalize documents after review, proactively communicate with consultants via email and phone, providing information and assistance to consultants regarding legal procedures.• Understand the procedures and documentation required for cases to be filed successfully.• Ensure processes and procedures are completed so that all immigration application fillings are completed accurately and in a timely manner.• Guiding New H1-B and Existing H1-B consultants in resolving their Queries. • Tracking of various immigration applications and petitions filed by Attorney (H1-B, GC).• Reviewing immigration applications/petitions: draft forms and supporting letters and gather supporting documentation within expected timelines as assigned by Team Lead for submission to USCIS.• Preparing the Employment letters, Experience Letters, Client & Vendor Letter drafts for the clients.• Follow-up regularly with consultants to maintain a customer friendly relation.• Updating consultants regarding immigration policies and educating them if there are any changes.• Respond to inquiries from HR partners, recruiters and consultants around immigration and filing procedures, compliance processes and other related queries.• Prepare and submit H1-B petition withdrawals on request of management or after consultant leaving the company.• Requesting evaluator for evaluations based on beneficiary’s educational qualifications and experiences as required.• Arranging internal meetings for the consultants with the Attorney on the immigration updates.• Helping & reviewing the DS -160 for the consultants and preparing them for visa interviews.• Preparing and sending the visa stamping documents to the consultants.
