• Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing the qualified consultant..• Responsible for recruiting on contract, contract to hire, and permanent positions Work according to multiple requirements in a high growth multitasking environment• Worked with OPT’s, H1Bs, Green card Holders and Citizens.• Worked exclusively with Implementation partners and preferred vendors. • Understand the requirement and client specific needs• Sourcing, Searching, identifying consultants using job boards like Dice & Monster and Internal Database.• Telephonic Screening and discussion with the Consultant/Vendor regarding the skill set and rate negotiation (Corp 2 Corp as well as W2).• Interaction with the consultants briefing them about requirement and to know their willingness.• Submitting the profile to the concern Account Manager with perfect match as per the job requirement.• Follow up with the consultant and the client to check the post-submission status.• Working closely with Account manager and Onsite manager.• Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.• Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their Skill Sets.• Keeping track of consultants for future references• Handling the entire recruitment process for Permanent Staffing (IT)• Managing the recruiting process, Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, Reference to acceptance of offer and final placement from discussing the opportunity, presenting the resume, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, follow-up.• Referencing, screening resumes on various job portals like (Monster, Naukri, TimesJob )• Maintain the database and update it as and when required.• Extensive experience with high-volume recruiting.• First level screening of Candidates to check their suitability.• Schedule Interviews with Clients. Follow up with them on Feedback etc.

• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and Sourcing, Screening profile through various job sites and internal database, networking sites as per the requirement for recruiting.• Understanding requirements as per client Need. • Checking the Requirement and need to fill the position as per the required requirement by the Client and Vendors. • Assisting Vendors in filling their requirement.• Sourcing and Screening. Attending the Calls of the Consultants. • Expertise in recruiting for .Net, Java/J2ee, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft Data warehousing, Mainframes, and Testing tools, Project Manager etc.,• And I’ll make sure that the Paper work, NCA Agreement, PO should be done in proper way. And further things like signing the agreements are handled by our HR Manager• Formatting of consultant's resume in proper manner. • Highlighting the main skills in the resume which client is specially focusing on.• Calling to the consultants as per the requirement and client's need. • Need to use Portals like Monster, Dice, Corp - Corp regularly for searching best Match as per the requirement. • Expert in using Monster, Dice and Corp-Corp Portals. • Expert in assisting new recruiters and providing training to them. • Experience in working under a Team and even ability to workEnvironment: (Sales Department, Managers)
