As an active member of one of the most active UX communities out there, I learn a lot from the sessions/workshops conducted every month by Collej™ - UX Design Community. It's a branch of UX Reactor and the quality of knowledge shared in this community is really so awesome. Also, we all members and mentors are connected with each other over a very dynamic Discord group where we get to connect with various other UX aspirants who help each other out in every possible and senior UX designers who provide their valuable feedback as well as provide guidance to the new comers of this field whole heartedly. Helped them generate a strong online presence.

- Learned about the regional culture for designing creative content for the brand’s social media handles and attracted 3X more users.- Collaborated and interacted with the internal team to build better strategies and experiences for both users and clients, resulting in a massive 97% hike in business from its initial phase.- Our franchise consistently maintained the top position in sales out of 69 franchisees under the brand, during my tenure.
