I’m a trauma informed therapist and a facilitator to all those who are on a journey of having a deeper, stronger and more loving relationship with their Self. I’ve been running my practice for 6 plus years working with young adults, couples and many survivors of sexual trauma. I’m also a TedX Speaker and a supervisor for many organisations and young therapists. My vision is to work towards empowering young therapists so that we, as a mental health fraternity, are able to cater to more people in need. I believe in working in unity as a community, rising above our insecurities and fears.
