Project Governance• Responsible for governing projects through their stages of planning, execution and closing• Good understanding and relative experience of managing the Project Lifecycle including facilitation of the Stage Gate process• Ensuring the project progression is aligned with the business objectives of the organization• Monitor project progress, risks and issues and perform audits on project repository• Ensuring project governance framework is followed in a structured approach for project delivery by involving stakeholders like PMO, Portfolio leads, project managers• Monitoring Project Milestones, Status of the Next Deployments/deliverables, reviewing project narrative status• Reviewing the health of projects weekly basis Project Financials• Responsible of maintaining budget allocation with full visibility of Actuals, forecast and variance• Responsible for project budget baseline and re-baseline on timely manner• Tracking Estimate at Completion (EAC), CAPEX and OPEX, Actuals and also performing variance analysis • Validating the Plan cost(time + expense) with the budget allocated • Quarterly Forecasting of the estimated budget, variance tracking and coordinating for variance comments from Project managers• Change Request update and tracking • Manage day-to-day financial operations such as Budget file, root cause analysis , debugging error Portfolio Management • Ensure that the portfolios and programs are aligned with operational and strategic objectives• Project Initiation procedure, responsible for setting up project and initiating all the procedure followed• Maintaining of Project code database and preforming reviews/reconciliation • Coordinate with Onshore PMO team for missing information, data gathering and process aligning• Responsible of maintaining the PMO process/user manualDashboard and Reports• Responsible for preparing the Monthly financial dashboard • Weekly reporting includes Project health dashboard/ Project Progression/ Next deployment & deliverable/Risk and issues
