As an MBA student at The Tips Global Institute, I am eager to apply the knowledge, expertise, and practical skills that I have acquired to a successful corporate career. My field of study is aligned with my interest in strategic HR initiatives and practices that can enhance organizational growth and employee development.I have recently completed a two-month project as a Business Analyst at INDSYS Infotech, where I worked with a team of developers and designers to create and validate user interfaces for a web-based application. I used my front-end development skills, such as Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS, to ensure the functionality and usability of the application. I also conducted user testing, data analysis, and documentation to support the project delivery. This experience has strengthened my analytical, technical, and communication skills, and has prepared me for future challenges and opportunities in the business domain.
