Then led the Transition of Bharti Warid Telecom employees to IBM Bangladesh as Bharti outsourced Bharti Warid's IT function to IBM.- Contributed towards IBM reaching the No. 1 position in the IT Services segment in India by supporting deals worth ~ $1.5BiliionWorked on the largest Outsourcing deals in India which included Idea Cellular, Vodafone and Airtel earlier and many others.
