I believe in helping individuals & organizations through supporting with research, strategies, planning, execution, competitors’ analysis, innovations & feedback structures. I have served in Tourism, Retail, Digital Marketing, & Time Share industry till date. As a marketing person, I always like to work with CEO’s & MD’s to initiate effective marketing campaigns. After choosing entrepreneurship, every day I learn something. While working, my responsibilities were limited to sales & marketing roles. But after getting into Entrepreneurship, I have to step out of my comfort zone. Either you do it or lose it!After gaining knowledge on the front end, I also handle and support the back-end activities for organizations. Any organization has these two pillars which contributes to entrepreneur’s vision & my area of interest lies on the same level. Before committing anything, I understand WHY. After understanding the vision, I contribute with both front & back end activities.I also believe that “Growing” is a everyday process & love helping others to grow. I love to build a community of like minded people. The positive circle brings best out of you. “Give or Share first, get people in, help them to grow”, is one of the reason behind my WHY. Many of us motivate, very few show them the path of wisdom. Everyone looks for growth which is the law of nature. We all are going ahead but there are few who need help. Me & almost my all connections, has similar thought process & hence we are improving day by day by holding each other’s hand. We try as much as possible if someone is in need.I believe in change. I tell people what I do & implement, rather then telling them success stories. Only 2 options we have each day, 1) Chase it and 2) Give up. I choose to chase challenges to find best possible solutions & pass the same vision to my people.
