A pioneer of the remote infrastructure management concept, Microland has its operations hub in India with global presence across USA, UK and Middle East.Roles and Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition/ Management:  Handling end to end recruitment and selection process at all levels. Manpower planning and co-ordination with the different branches in order to carry out the hiring process.  Introduce new Cost Effective Initiatives in the process of recruitment.  Interacting with hiring managers for hiring start dates and interview schedules.  Handling the various Recruitment Consultants working for different requirements. Managing Candidate Management System of mapping selected candidates against open indents. Sourcing, screening and short listing the potential candidates from various sources like portals, vendors, referrals and walk-ins.  Scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates and coordinating the interviews. Offer Management: Salary discussion and negotiations with the selected candidates. Post offer follow up with the candidates and document collection. Coordinating with the HRSS team for the offer generation and approval.  Maintaining database of the candidates and the interview status using HireCraft. On boarding and Joining formalities:  Joining formalities (check all documents, certificates, filling of PF, ESIC, providing welcome kit).  Maintaining personal files of all employees.
