Designed and developed the solution architecture for automated data movements across multiple sources like Yardi, Equator, Salesforce, FTP servers etc. by leveraging Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database. The frequency of data movements vary from runs every 5 minutes to weekly and monthly runs.Led the data engineering team to design the data warehouse to accommodate the transfer and storage of the entire business data in the form of facts and dimensions. The data was transferred from sources with stakeholder interface using Azure Data Factory and stored in an Azure SQL Database.Through a series of discussions with client teams and understanding the business requirements, designed the KPIs and the user interface for the Power BI reports to be consumed by various levels of business stakeholders ranging from on-the-ground sales executives to business leaders.Designed and automated the series of data transformations required on the raw data prior to loading it into Power BI to generate the required reports. Set up an automated mail alert system and a system for process logging of data movement runs using Azure logic apps for process monitoring and troubleshooting.

Implemented an end-to-end strategic initiative aimed at addressing customer churn in the company’s subscription-based services.Created a data collection system and performed the data munging operations to achieve the desirable data set for creating the AI model.Key technologies used in the implementation are Python libraries - Pandas, Sklearn, Numpy, and several other significant libraries for model building. Azure ML for cloud computing, Matplotlib, Seaborn libraries for data visualization.

• Coordinated with 75+ stakeholders (Govt of Uttar Pradesh, Startups, College Administrators, Professors, Investors and other incubators) and acted as the communication channel between these stakeholders and our internal teams being the first point of contact. • Designed and built protocols to engage the stakeholders and also to collect and manage data from various stakeholders.• Built the Python Engine for Data mining/ computing for huge volume of company profile attributes and tracking the specializations, investments V/s Revenue pipe line analytics, ROI calculations, Overall health of company on current date, etc. using Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlit, Seaborn, Sklearn and several other significant libraries.• Performed analytics on the data using Python, Tableau and Excel pivot tables. Combining these results with the understanding of market requirement through research, made recommendations to the internal teams and also to the Govt. of UP on what the next strategic move to be taken such as which area to be targeted and the colleges that are potential.• Closely collaborated with senior leaders to identify and quickly address technical risks and problems through root cause analyses.

As a fresher, I performed several administrative tasks, managed the team (of 15 members) on the shopfloor during shifts and ensured smooth running of the paper machine, which was second fastest in the country, by monitoring parameters of the 300 feet machine. Later, I was also responsible to achieve the maintenance standards set by the company for production using Lean Six Sigma and 5S methodologies.
