With 13+ years of experience in the automobile industry, I am a Senior Technical Lead at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, where I work independently on supply chain planning for powertrains and logistics operations globally. I have an MBA in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering, which provide me with the academic knowledge and practical skills to excel in my role.I have successfully designed safe handling processes and storage for high JPH production units, worked on proposals for intra-logistics layouts for smooth material flow with advanced programming tools, and calculated the truck yard and trucks required for both inbound and outbound of batteries. I have also worked on site in Germany for series planning, installation, implementation, and ramp up the production for batteries for different variants and different plants. I am passionate about optimizing material flow and layout planning for e-mobility and driving digital transformation in logistics process planning.
