My journey started with Email marketing, but I soon realized that my true passion lay in interacting with people and solving their technical issues. This led me to enroll at Masai School, where I honed my skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Despite my technical background, I found myself gravitating towards a career in Technical Support Engineering.As a Technical Support Engineer, I possess a unique ability to communicate effectively with both computers and humans to achieve the desired results. My passion for learning and problem-solving, coupled with my expertise in Technical Support Engineering and my toolkit and skills of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Linux, SQL, troubleshooting, Notion, Github, and VS code, enables me to relate complex concepts and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of end-users.Now, I am determined to leverage my skills and passion to build something that can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
