As a Product owner with ChildSafe Australia, I work with clients to use technology to manage their child safety practices. This involves solving business and customer problems and creating products and solutions that are viable, timely and add value to the product.Responsibilities:• Providing product-level vision and direction to the development teams and stakeholders by creating high quality business requirements.• Plan and prioritise the product backlog into epics and features for the development of the product• Manage, refine and prioritise product backlogs according to business value•• Elicit business requirements, define features and decompose features into epics and user stories• Coordinate QA, UAT and Release activities with internal and external stakeholders.• Partner with internal stakeholders in projects which involve data analytics and data migration, implementation of new systems and processes. • Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge, developing training resources, conducting webinars and user surveys.Key Highlights: • Implemented Two factor authentication as security measure for the product• Planned, scoped and delivered transition of the Learning management system.• Implemented a system of monitoring Net Promoter Score (NPS).• Introduced a process of documentation in IT such as Change requests, Function specification documents and Use case documents.

• On boarding new clients and configuring the environment to suit their organisational needs and requirements.• Triaging queries from customers and liasing with the IT team to ensure that the queries are resolved in a timely manner.• Conducting surveys on a regular basis to understand user needs/expectations and communicating them to the business and software development teams.• Consult, engage and liaise with IT team and Business managers as well as external clients to provide ongoing operational support.• Investigate and resolve ongoing system issues and follow through with communication and feedback to customers, operational leaders and other stakeholders as required.• Provide ongoing customer education by hosting webinars, training and creating user manuals based on their requirements.

I love to enable organisations strengthen their systems and processes by taking on consulting projects in business process mapping, data analytics and research, grant writing.Some of the assignments that I have worked on are listed as under - Partnered with an HR consultancy to help their clients migrate to a cloud based HRIS system EnableHR. - Provided data analysis and report writing services for an Employee Engagement survey conducted for a Federal organisation.- Developed a IT Helpdesk manual for a blockchain based SaaS product for a Melbourne based company.- Designed eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.• Worked with a Not for profit in the Community services space and helped them secure grants for some of their key projects. • Provided consultancy services for an organisation associated with the Department of Education, Employment & Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to map their processes, prepare Job descriptions and arrive at KPIs for key roles within the organisation. Key Highlights: • Was awarded a council grant worth $16000 for one of our prime projects related to homelessness and food security.

• Was responsible for designing the HR Strategy in line with Business requirements. • Designed an online survey to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding system. Mapped the on boarding process within the organization and also designed the “to be” process.• Conducted Training need analysis and designed Training programmes structure to incorporate competency based, functional and technical training programmes.• Designed Key Performance indicators (KPIs) for the different functions within the organisation.
