Outer aluminum box ii. Multilayer bag material• Determined multiple possible combinations of shortlisted material, with minimum thickness required and any adhesives if necessary.• Generated multiple CAD designs in Fusion360 and Solidworks to determine optimal geometry for the box design and capacity variation (8L, 5L, 15L).• Implemented FEA for thermal analysis (in ANSYS Workbench) to study the effect on different properties of bag by changing the material combination and thickness and how each and every design variation is affected by varying boundary conditions (such as temperature, pressure and heat addition or extraction). The results were compiled to determine the most optimized design, material and its thickness.• Proposed design considerations for sustainability, reusability and minimizing carbon footprint in the manufacture of such boxes. -
