During his time at BNP Paribas, he was responsible for Sales and Structuring of FX and Interest Rate derivatives for Institutional Clients. This involved engaging with clients to understand their unique requirements and offering tailored solutions to manage their foreign exchange and interest rate exposures. Pranshu holds a post graduate management degree (specialisation in finance) from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) and a bachelors in technology from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG).
