• Handling development of IDEB Industrial Estate (400 acre) Project at Kashipur – Uttrakhand, which is notified by State & Central Government for the industrial development and enjoy relevant fiscal incentives/benefits.• Liaisons in all types of liaisons works related to sale/purchase of land/plots including Co-ordination with state Government Bodies in state of Uttarkhand like Irrigation Dept/PWD/Fire Department/Environment clearance Department/ Police Department to get all relevant approvals for the Development and Functioning of Industrial Estate in the state of Uttarkhand.• Instrumental in all types of liaisons works and in co-ordination with state Government of Delhi and its affiliated departments like Irrigation Dept/PWD/Fire Department/Environment clearance Department/NDMC/MCD/Police department to get all relevant approvals, also including Sub Registrars offices across NCR to get all relevant approvals on behalf of the company.• Regular interaction with the various consulting agencies like architects, civil, vendors etc for the specific requirements of the projects.• Instrumental in Tie – ups with various Industrial Associations for the formulation of Industrial Estate Association• Actively looked in satisfying the needs of prospective buyers/ customer to purchase the land and to establish the units.• Managing development activities like Land procurement, on site query and client management for the Integrated Industrial Estate.• Consultation with Heads of verticals across Managerial and Senior levels for planning requirements.
