In my current role as a Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain Finance, I am closely working with more than 90+ collaborative manufacturers (CM) in India, spanning various business groups like Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Home Care, Nutrition, and Ice Creams.My key role is on collaborating with executive stakeholders, central finance team, procurement teams, and vendors to establish a shared vision, prioritize objectives, and ensure alignment. To maintain governance and efficiency across CM sites, I conduct PACE Audits (Process and Control Excellence) with a focus on operational efficiency and internal controls.Additionally, I take charge of implementing IFRS 16 Accounting for Embedded Lease Accounting at CMs. I actively engage with multiple stakeholders to resolve old claims and establish a streamlined process for claims payout.

As the Program Coordinator of the esteemed Jaipur Art Summit (JAS), I take great pride in my role, which involves organizing and executing one of India's most prominent art events. Our main focus is on promoting contemporary art and providing a platform for talented artists to showcase their creativity, resulting in each edition of the summit being a resounding success. JAS has evolved into a platform where established and emerging artists alike can gain exposure and connect with potential buyers and art enthusiasts.My responsibilities encompass various tasks, including coordinating with nationally and internationally renowned artists, curating a diverse lineup of artworks, and attracting art enthusiasts, collectors, and curators from around the globe. A crucial aspect of my role revolves around leading a team of dedicated volunteers, providing guidance and supervision to ensure the smooth functioning of the event.Over the years, JAS has made a significant impact on the cultural and artistic landscape of Jaipur, featuring a diverse range of art forms such as paintings, sculptures, installations, and digital art. Through panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions, we foster meaningful conversations and encourage the exchange of ideas within the art community. Being part of this event has been an incredibly fulfilling journey, satisfying my passion for the arts and complementing my professional pursuits.

Promoted to the position of Assistant Manager. In this new role, my main responsibilities involved overseeing audits for both Listed and Unlisted entities while closely collaborating with the Director and Partner. Some of my key duties included audit planning, budgeting, and client management. Additionally, I had the opportunity to analyze cashflow projections, conduct impairment testing, and assist clients in transitioning to Ind AS 116 Leases.Furthermore, I played a significant role in enhancing digitization efforts by incorporating data analytics into substantial procedures for Depreciation, Payroll, and Journal Entry Testing. In my role as an Executive in Indian Network Firm of Ernst & Young (EY), I had gained valuable experience in various areas. This included leading audits for both listed and unlisted entities, following both Ind AS and Indian GAAP standards. My responsibilities had encompassed reviewing notes to accounts, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring thorough testing of internal controls for Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Reporting.Moreover, I had actively contributed to limited reviews, statutory audits, and tax audits within the dynamic telecom, media, and tech sector. I possessed proficiency in handling crucial financial aspects, such as Property Plant & Equipment, ROU (Right-of-Use) assets, investments, and deferred tax matters.
