End-to-end management of storytelling and design projects for clients across North America, Africa and Asia. Includes working to understand client requirements, developing a project board for managing deliverables, and collaborating with team for smooth implementation.

My role included directly supporting executives and managers in achieving their project goals by optimising Notion for project management, and taking lead on design projects for global clientele.

Worked on diverse projects and campaigns as a Milan Global storyteller-in-training. This role required me to upskill and grow constantly as each project came with different requirements and new things to learn. My roles spanned from setting goals and running team meetings to content creation, social media management, and podcast production. Focused on learning how to take up more responsibility to support project management and improving workflow process.

Learned how to conceptualise and execute a social media strategy, including social media marketing, experimentation, data analysis and iteration. Specifically utilised Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter as distribution platforms. Focused on learning how to manage teams to effectively work together on achieving a greater output than otherwise individually possible.

Worked as part of a team conceptualising, creating and distributing content across online channels. My contribution was primarily in brainstorming, designing graphics using Canva, and distributing them on Instagram. Focused on learning about developing and implementing social media marketing strategies.

This internship training program focuses on training budding psychologists to become industry ready. My role here spanned from coordinating with leads, recruit, and select interns who are a good fit for the program, orient and train interns on the policies and procedures, as well as the specific tasks they will be working on, monitor and evaluate interns' progress and performance, creating a mutually agreeable communication and accountability structure amongst teams and with clients / external experts, creating an effective reporting structure for progress and milestones, provide support to interns, both professionally and personally, communicate with stakeholders, such as the interns, their schools, and the organisation's management.

Was brought onto the project and given significant responsibility as part of my apprenticeship with Milan Global. Led the strategising, planning and implementation of social media and website for Powerful Dialogues, a project aimed at providing Mental Health Professionals with a toolkit for transforming their practice. Focused on learning how to capture the essence of a brand and build out a long-term strategy for its growth.

Apprenticed at StopBeingBoring as part of my training with Milan Global. Created Canva posters every morning for 100+ days based on the topic chosen for daily online community events run by a startup during the coronavirus pandemic. Customised and distributed the content on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, and focused on maximising reach. Focused on learning how to understand a target audience and effectively shape content based on this understanding.
