She has conducted more than 2500 individual counselling sessions for the organization. Her counselling work is anchored with the Gov. of Delhi and Madhya Pradesh (Indore, Dhar, Badwani etc.). She has also directed and lead projects with organizations like CRY foundation, Save the Children, Pravah, Teach for India (till present) to name a few. She is leading a team of 25+ part-time and full time psychologists in nine cities across the country. Her work has positively impacted more than 550+ schools and 250+ aspiring psychologists.

During my living-learning experience at Aatma Shakti, I learned and was first introduced to the theory and practice of the therapeutic community in Bangalore. The key conclusion from my experience is the importance of positive therapeutic climates in psychological well-being and therapeutic intervention for people with emotional distress.
