About Prarthana Sharma

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Prarthana is the co-founder at Aatma Prakash Foundation (Estb 2016). In her journey as a psychologist she took on diverse roles in clinical practice, counseling, and organizational mental health initiatives; allowing her to develop a deep understanding of both individual care and systemic wellness strategies. She is passionate about creating safe and supportive spaces where individuals can explore their mental health needs and build the tools necessary for lasting change. Currently she is working as a guest faculty at Christ University and is leading multiple mental health initiatives/programs impacting more than 45,000+ youth in the last 3-4 years. In the past she has worked with reputed insitutes like IIM Indore, TISS Tuljapur, TISS Mumbai to name a few. She has build interventions for more than 550+ academic and non-academic insitutions across the country and has executed mental health programs within 9 cities in the country. She has a strong ecosystem of 1000 psychologists who have received training & supervision under her guidance.
