- Document end-to-end requirements and/or gather SOP needed for the project.- Identify process improvement in projects, while creating data for case study, data catalogue, and report deficiencies to the support team.- Assist with the transition of projects from development to support- Conduct accurate and timely investigations on issue logs; implement solutions accordingly. This involves studying current systems, potential new systems, weighing both options in terms of time, cost and labour.- Track all work request such as system change requests, investigations and other work items.- Follow up with Project Group on all requests that have been opened and provide solution as needed.- Negotiate lease agreements and scope for retail locations.- Setup retail locations, provide end-to-end support.- Work with Marketing department to launch promotions and campaigns; analyze the impact of these campaigns and how it affects revenue.
