 Over 23 years of experience in IT industry working in areas like Data warehousing, Database Administration, System Analysis and Application Development. Microsoft SQL Server has been my forte and have worked on various flavors of SQL Server since SQL 07 till SQL 2019.  Log Shipping, Mirroring, Replication, Always-ON availability group, Distributed availability group, Partitioning, Encryption / Decryption, Policy based management, change data capture and master data management are some of the implementations done over the years. Lead the database team in architecting the database and data warehouse for “BILL JUNCTION”, one of the leading payment gateways in India. Implemented all the compliance controls on database to make the payment gateway PCI compliant. A good implementation of Distributed Availability Group earned me an on-site opportunity to impart training and handover to the onsite team. Have been leading and mentoring various database administrator and database developer teams across organizations for 13 Years FoxPro, Clipper, PowerBuilder VB, ASP and ASP.net were my expertise in early days of programming for almost 10years To adapt to the technology changes learned MongoDB and have been working on MongoDB administration along with Microsoft SQL Server.
