Roles & Responsibilities:- Generate New Establishment PF & ESIC code with challan payment.• Coordinate with various departments for the requirement of Manpower.• Preliminary screening of profiles.• Scheduling interview for the candidates.• Preparation of post selection documents i.e. Employment offer letter, Appointment letter to those who have been selected & collection of supporting document of the selected candidates.• Assist reporting manager in screening & joining formalities of new hire candidate. • Induction & Joining Formalities for all the new hires and Joiners.• Introducing the new joiners to the location HR & Admin team and introducing them to the departmental representative.• Making employees aware of various HR Policies.• Processing all joining and separation formalities.• Maintaining Personal files of all employees.• Marking sure that the separated employee’s accounts are cleared within specified period• Maintaining & updating employee's files leave records • Taking HR initiatives like (Birthday celebrations, Get together etc.) • Helping employees to avail various benefits available to them as and when required.• Maintain & update the Daily/weekly/Monthly MIS report, HR File & employee information in various reports like employee database, employee CV’s, preparing all letters & certificate etc.• Responsible for collection of attendance from different location and maintenance of employees leave records for salary pay out.• Preparing employee’s Medical Insurance & personal Accident policy database and follow-up for Mediclaim cards & insurance claim of the employee.• Process left employees PF withdrawal form to PF office for withdrawal.

• Recruit the Candidates for Pharma companies as per the requirement.• Preparing resume database & candidates tracker.• Follow-up with company & candidates for Interview and further process.

Handle Helpdesk Systems

Handle Server & Desktop Problems.
