• Participate in Sales Strategy Review with management and understand the direction• Work with team into Discovery sessions with the prospects• Drive Product Demos / Proof of Concept (PoC) based on typical business scenarios• Facilitate Bill of Material preparation• Facilitate Effort Estimate preparation• Facilitate Commercial Estimate preparation• Facilitate Statement of Work (SoW) preparation OR RFX response• Identify the best ways to highlight organization’s service offerings in lucid ways while responding• Facilitate Defense support process• Deal negotiation / closure activities• Handover to delivery post deal closure • Facilitate SSA/MSA/NDA/Referral Agreement (with Partners / Third Parties) document preparation • Develop technical sales / marketing content like presentations, white papers, case studies, blog contributions, explainer video scripts, • Prepare Win – Loss Analysis and trends thereon• Keep the pulse of latest technology market trends and create an internal knowledge base of all those trends• Liaise with delivery managers and other service teams to understand Organization’s capabilities and develop technical collateral• Work with team to research and gain insights into the technology landscape related to Organization’s service offerings and propose newer offerings based on the latest technologies• Work with diverse internal teams including delivery, sales, human resources and marketing• Expertise in creating and delivering technical content on short notice

• Understand and clearly identify client’s Key Business Requirement (KBR) out of RFX document/s• Perform deep dive discovery on the KBR to arrive at the granular level pain areas• Identify various components involved in the solution and build Bill of Material (BoM)• Prepare technical qualification for the BoM involved• Drive SaaS Product canned Demo• Drive SaaS Product Proof of Concept (PoC) based on typical business scenarios• Liaise with all the stakeholders and other teams involved to drive the deal to conclusion

• Understand and clearly identify client’s problem statement out of RFX document/s• Identify various components involved in the solution • Identify and liaise with the technology SMEs involved in the solution• Identify and drive mandatory compliance requirements, if any• Drive identification of the relevant Transformational Technology opportunity to be a part of the proposal response• Facilitate identification of the Automation Tools that enhances value to the business vis-à-vis the requirement• Identification of value proposition and solution differentiators• Drive imbibition of Organizational strategy into Exec Summary, with the Sales team• Identify any other components required for preparing the solution• Identify and gather other inputs required for preparing the proposal document• Prepare a seamless solution to the problem statement, vis-à-vis the problem statement • Liaise with Finance team for Commercials, Cashflow generation, P&L preparation and related approvals • Share the final version of the response material for client submission. with the sales team• Identify team for proposal defense and drive proposal defense material preparation process• Facilitate any knowledge transfer required for proposal defense• Facilitate actual proposal process• Liaise with all the stakeholders and other teams involved• Liaise with and support the sales team on a continued basis• Report to management, as required• Identify any training needs for handling responsibilities and modern business and technology trends toward continuous improvement
