I had full P&L responsibility for over $500M, across the integrated full services offerings for majority of Retail and CPG customers head quartered in North America.• Deeply involved in strategizing the growth of the ISU and increased the key customer base from 15 to 30• Enabled the growth of unit from $177M to $530M • Recruited, mentored and grew the team of 6 Client Partners to 15• Led the pursuit and acquired the captive arm of a large Grocery Retailer with a base of 650 consultants.• Set an ambitious goal and increased ISU share from 9% to 14% of TCS revenue.Regional Director - Midwest, Chicago (2001-2008)Established regional sales strategies and orchestrated key customer acquisition in all industry sectors.
