"As a chief Architect, I am responsible for designing and delivering scalable, performance-optimized, and cost-effective solutions that meet the business requirements and expectations of various products. My main tasks include: • Defining the system and cloud architecture using the best technologies, cloud service providers, databases, security standards • Coordinating with compliance experts and other stakeholders to review and amend the solution & the architecture as per the business needs and security standards • Keep in touch with the Product owners & Product Management team regularly to ensure that the technical product design and the outcomes match the short term and long term goals for the product. Make changes to the technical plan based on how the customers, the system, the app, and the budget are doing. • Determining and overseeing the high-level technical POCs and ensure there outcomes meet the business goals and are aligned with the designed architecture. • Participating in the application and deployment architecture design phases and ensuring consistency and quality • Defining and implementing infrastructure cost optimization strategies and procedures • Continuously exploring new technologies, cloud services, AI services, and conducting POCs to evaluate their benefits and feasibility • Interacting with various service providers to understand their pricing and licensing models and negotiating or finding the best possible deals • Coordinating with the technical and quality teams to set up strategies and skills that are required to achieve the product objectives
